Join us for a Lenten yoga series focused on gentle movement, breath, prayer, and stillness. This Christ centered practice offers space to slow down, release what we’re holding, and listen more closely for God’s presence. No prior yoga experience is needed.
Classes will be instructed on the mat. However, chairs will be available and modifications are always encouraged.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats will be available.
