Monday Evening Yoga


Join us for a weekly yoga class open to the community. This gentle practice focuses on movement, breath, and stillness, offering space to slow down and reset. All levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is needed. Classes will be instructed on the mat. However, chairs will be available and modifications are always encouraged.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats will be available.

Mondays through May (no class on Memorial Day)
6:00–7:00 p.m.
Fellowship Hall, Good Shepherd UMC

Free and open to the community. All are welcome.
